blissful guest: automatism: a calm oasis

Hello blissful readers — it's Lori from automatism, happily filling in with a guest post while lovely Mrs. French gets acquainted with her sweet baby girl! For years I've been an avid reader of the French shelter magazine Marie Claire Maison, so I thought I'd share with you one of my fave interiors from its pages. Enjoy.

This delicately atmospheric space is the apartment of Clorinda Mery, a theatre decorator and collage artist — and it's a complete contrast to the brightly colorful atmosphere Clorinda works in during the day. An oasis of soft pastels and pretty florals, it's a place that encourages calm and gentle reveries.
