my happy place: BLACK

i will be the first to admit i am predictable.  especially when it comes to the type of interiors i am drawn to...typically you could probably sum it up by simply saying "white."  which is why i am so proud of myself.  i have deviated from my comfort zone. black!

then i found this stunning space created by designer sarah lavoine...

and i was hooked.  this is the point where i usually go buck wild and saturate my surroundings in black, black, black...but i have decided to take it easy.  i am continuing my relationship with white, i am committed and haven't been able to bring myself to cheating just yet...perhaps a little afternoon tryst here and there.  xo mrs. french
