katie quinn davies....again....

well, after all of the discussions and the return of the overwhelming desire to do so, i have been taking pictures everyday. granted, at this time most of my photos have been taken using my phone...nevertheless it feels good and incredibly right. i am signed up for a few photography classes, and am thrilled to re-embark on my photographic journey yet again... however, at this particular moment i simply want to take photos like katie quinn davies. i have featured a bit a about her on my blog in the past, but had to re-visit today. you know how it is when you come across something so inspiring that you feel the need to create...you do right? well, that is how i felt when i popped in on katie's blog, what katie ate, and glimpsed her post on a new coffee house in sydney (alexandria to be more accurate) called the grounds. what can i say? katie's photos stopped me in my tracks, drew me in, and had me longing to hop on a plane, arriving in sydney in time for breakfast. mostly, i was reminded of how much i have to learn, more importantly, want to learn...i love it when that happens.
