I Would Stay There...The Wythe Hotel.
certain people have certain things...me? i have a weakness for ridiculously beautiful hotels. truly there are few places i would rather be than curled up on a bed draped in lovely linens, wearing a fluffy robe and indulging in room service dessert. the mister often pokes fun at my obsession with the perfect accommodations.
i have decided to dedicate a feature on this blog of mine to this quirk of mine and i am actually pretty darn excited about the whole deal. it is my pleasure to introduce you to "i would stay there"....i plan on showing you, my lovely readers, some of the most indulgent spots throughout the world. i also hope to share in-depth travel experiences of my own...blissful travel guides if you will...excited? so am i.
today i present the stunning wythe hotel in brooklyn; a former factory brimming with character that has been transformed into a 70 room hotel. i am especially fond of the original brick and wood floors. of course, the windows are also a major draw...perfect for when a getaway involves staying put on a comfy bed. the windows make it feel as if you are taking in the city, while remaining perfectly cozy.
the only tragedy is that i haven't yet had the pleasure of visiting.
happy traveling!
