My Happy Place: A Tribeca Townhouse

i believe i first fell for penelope august through her beautiful work with ceramics, which led me to a few of her beautiful interior projects. the tribeca townhouse may be as close to perfect as possible. if i had to pull a few favorite elements from this home, i simply couldn't...it is all just too good.

oh twist my arm...i will name of few things that you may want to linger on a bit longer: the chairs in front of the fireplace, the terrazzo countertops, the light fixtures in the kitchen, the rugs, the wallpaper in the children's space, the textile above the fireplace, the red chair...etc. forget it. i love it all.
