I Went Here in my Head.
hi friends,
can i be frank? i have a pretty big case of cabin fever. i, honestly, do not mind spending time with my family and i make a point to spend a couple of hours outside everyday, but i am having a hard time staying so close to home day after day. also, not knowing when we can hop in the car for a weekend get getaway has me a little kooky.
today, i decided to take a little daydream getaway? where do i want to go? this 60’s beach house in australia. it feels like a breath of fresh air. this home was painstakingly restored by cera stribley architects in order to create a more energy efficient version of itself…board by board. typically, i am drawn to spaces that are filled with more of everything, but at this moment this seems just right. of course, then there is the beach and who doesn’t want that right now?
