almost clean.

I grew up in a home that was spotless.  My mom worked 50 hours per week, raised two girls and a husband and still managed to have a freakishly clean home.  I stay home with B and my home is freakishly filthy.  I try, but I think my real problem is that I am a perfectionist.  If I can't get my home spotless, then I choose to throw my hands in the air and give up.  I go on cleaning binges where for a week or so I will obcessively clean, then my heard of animals and sweet little boy work their messy magic and within 24 hours work their hocus-pocus and boom...Nasty!  I need inspiration and I do believe I have found it!

I love this stuff.  I first encountered it at my pilates studio.  I actually enjoyed disinfecting my mat and reformer because of the luscious scent that wafted from the bottle.  Which is how this brilliant idea was born.  I went to the website and was pleasantly surprised to see a limited edition rhubarb scent!  I promptly ordered the whole set.  Late last week it came in the mail and an amazing thing happened.  I started cleaning: floors, countertops, mirrors, and appliances. The smell began to fill my home covering the aromas of pets, and stinky boys.  I am basking in the cleanliness.  I figure I have at least another 2 hours before the messy bomb goes off.

oh!  did I mention that it is earth friendly?  Bonus!!!
